Umberto - Prophecy of the Black Widow
Inspired by italian horror films and 80s cop movies, Umberto creates spooky, murderous soundtracks which are the narrative behind their song titles. A clear and easy example of this can be found on the track Everything Is Going to be Okay which is a clear departure from the darker ambient tone of the album. Ending the album with this song is a good lead in to their latest track called Final Exit which goes along with what is being said on their bandcamp page:

“Do not expect the “Goblinish” Umberto that you’ve listen in his past records. The aim of this track, the only one, that compose the record is to accompany the last moments of your life. 15 minutes to reach that peace of mind that you need to abandon the temporal and embrace the great unknown. Every B side is needless: who will turn the record ?” - Black Moss.

If you are looking for something more ambient but interesting, Umberto is worth the attention! Don’t forget to checkout Temple Room and Forsaken Dawn ( this track totally reminds me of Ariel Pink ‘s music ), both tracks we really enjoyed.
